I wholeheartedly disagree with the other reviews. This book is absolutely fantastic! If you want to be transported into a world of monsters and magic, then please read this book! Descriptions are so detailed that I could picture of the entire image in my head the entire time. The narrator is absolutely fantastic, not only bringing the book to life, but giving it the respect that it deserves! I wholeheartedly recommend this book!!!

I so badly wanted to like this

this was a struggle. the readig was monotone, the story reads like a manga Ive already read... the story didnt engage me and the pacing was a no go.
