Each of us has our own set of dangers (things we’re afraid of losing), opportunities (the possibility of gaining something), and strengths (our unique skills and experience). I call these our “D.O.S.” issues, and I’ll show you how to use them every day as your key to never-ending growth. This also gives you a repeatable way to gain insight into what matters most to your clients and prospects and cultivate a growth-focused relationship with them.

Not all heroes wear capes. You might not think of yourself as a hero, but every time you create value for others, you're benefiting people and making life easier or better for them in some way. The question is, "Who do you want to be a hero to?" By identifying the key audience you want to create value for, you focus yourself on the most crucial people in your life, helping them to grow their capabilities - and growing your own as well.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, it was clear that it would impact all of our lives in important ways and we would have to drastically change the way we communicated with one another and did business. Would we fight back against the changes and wait for the “old normal” to return, or adopt new technologies and adapt to the new way of doing things?
