Rosa, Kim und Emilia stürzen sich ins Getümmel, um die heiß begehrten Wicked-Kostüme zu ergattern, doch lange Schlangen und eine unorganisierte Belegschaft stellen sie vor Herausforderungen. Während Butterblume alles unter Kontrolle halten will, nimmt das Durcheinander ungeahnte Ausmaße an. Als dann auch noch ein Diebstahl geschieht und die Polizei den Markt stürmt, spitzt sich die Lage zu. Wer steckt hinter dem Chaos?

Julian beginnt sein Praktikum im Krankenhaus und freut sich darauf, erste Erfahrungen als Arzthelfer zu sammeln. Doch es dauert nicht lange, bis das Chaos ausbricht: Ein Notfall erschüttert das Krankenhaus, und Gino sorgt mit einem Gedächtnisverlust für Verwirrung. Während Julian sein Bestes gibt, um den Betrieb am Laufen zu halten, wird Gino zum wohl nervigsten Patienten aller Zeiten.

Wegen einer Grippewelle fallen viele Lehrer und Erzieher aus – und das bringt Hannah, Julian und Emma in unerwartete Situationen. An der Schule sorgt eine strenge Vertretungslehrerin für Chaos im Matheunterricht, während in der KiTa eine junge Erzieherin die Kontrolle verliert. Hannahs Klasse muss sich etwas einfallen lassen, um aus der Misere herauszukommen, und Julian schmiedet seinen ganz eigenen Plan.
