Black men are trying to change their lives, and what they do not need, is outside influences obstructing their desire to positively change. Yes, many black men are angry, and many black men are tired of negative and racist misinformation concerning them and their communities. This is the most beloved book on real black men issues TRYING and DOING positive things to atone and avert from their past mistakes.

Marriages and relationship need to enrich their foundations with a love that stands up to impediments like jealousy, doubt, and financial complications. This is a book where black men discuss valid concerns of the struggles in their lives, and how they found the strength through their tears to overcome them. Weakness does not exist in a black man who reflects on his past and desires to positively change it. These strong black men are fighting against forces that are sometimes more determined to defeat them.

Throughout history and the present, inspiring and encouraging words from black people are like music to our souls when we become tired or distressed. The contribution and sacrifice of black people of the past and present are relevant, as we continue to fight inequality, racism and police brutality. Music or words in melodic form has always lifted black people when slave master's whip comes out, or when white mobs slaughter and murder innocent black people without remorse.

Mental health is not a disease but a disability in which its reality can become problematic for everyone without help. The mass shootings stem from individuals who have not been help or are off their medications to avert them from criminal activity. Suicides are high amongst our youth, due to depression and those that surround them fail or refuse to acknowledge their cry for help.

Black men growth and successes are still marked by problems of black-on-black crime, hopelessness, stagnation, and poor parenting. Still, many rise above the odds society predestine for them and try to become better men than their past or current conditions. Black men want to become better fathers to their children, but joblessness, court system, and poor guidance impede their progress.
