At the same time The Crisis, his wife Delphi, cohorts in crime Poison and Stiletto have been forced to flee the country and join Dr. Impossible where he has become the Supreme Dictator for Life in Thailand. Of course this prompts an all out superhero invasion funded by the multinational corporations Crisis and the gang have been waging war against.

Hijinx ensue.
