Growth is something we all say we want.
More clarity.
More confidence.
More calm.
A different life than the one we’re living now.

In this episode, I share five powerful lessons about growth that emerged from a deeply embodied experience: completing three 10-day silent meditation retreats over four years.

I take you back to my first retreat, when I was overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected from my body, and unsure of who I was becoming — and then forward to my third retreat, where I sat in the exact same room, at the exact same time of year, doing the exact same practice… as a completely different person.
Same environment.

Different nervous system.
Different inner world.
And that contrast revealed everything.
