    Today Georgia is joined on The Wellness Show by Rose Maclean. Rose Is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, consulting recreational to elite athletes worldwide. Her main focus & passion is to help individuals with their performance in all areas such as at work, home, university, during training, plus more, through teaching them how to ‘fuel’ their body, striped from the often "toxic" and "diety" influence, and ultimately learning how to build a healthy relationship with food. Georgia asks Rose to take us through step by step how to heal your relationship with food, how to fuel correctly for performance and to break down some major nutrition myths.
