Regina Fields is a wellness creator, owner of Brave Baby Bird, co-founder of The Brown Care Collective and a dear friend of mine. Steven explains how he isn’t really reclaiming anything, it’s more like the forest has claimed him. He works as The Ancestors Hand and does what is asked of him by the forest and ancestors. We talk about the lie of separation and disconnection that is being sold to us and it feels personally freeing for me to remember it as exactly that, a lie. Steven shares how his hope for the future is rooted in regenerative practices and us actually *doing less*.
