Alexis Holland, owner of Living by Intention, takes us on a journey through storytelling in this week’s episode. Alexis is a dynamic woman, she is a changemaker, activator, and innovator. Alexis shares with us how she was born with a memory of something much older than herself. Growing up she questioned pretty much everything her family did and ate as she saw so clearly firsthand that these things were making them sick. This question of “how can I heal my lineage?” is what has been guiding her since she came out the womb and what continues to guide her today. Alexis is an ever-flowing well of creativity and inspiration. Her indigenous roots shine through her as she infuses the spirit of generosity and collaboration in everything she does.
