  • Episode 1 - David Gradon

    In our first episode of the Friendship Tapes, we spoke with David Gradon, the founder of The Great Friendship Project; a community project set up in 2021 to combat social isolation amongst young people in London.


    The project brings young Londoners together through community initiatives, online spaces and free or low-cost social events, such as board game nights, social walks and day trips to help build friendships and a sense of belonging and community.


    Since 2021, the community project has grown dramatically and now has over 30,000 members and regularly attracts over 100 attendees to their larger events.


    As part of the episode, we discuss all things friendship and explore why he set-up the community back in 2021, the secrets behind the growth of the community and his exciting plans for a cruise exclusively for 20s and 30s.
