In Episode 4 of the Friendship Tapes, we spoke with London-based communications manager, Lewis Boulton.

Over the course of the episode, Lewis shares how his experience of the pandemic encouraged him to step out from his comfort zone, in pursuit of new friends and experiences.

He shares his experience of attending the social events organised by The Great London Friendship Project⁠⁠ and how they helped him discover the confidence to organise his own social activities, as well as find meaningful connections and new friendships.
