Eating disorders can increase rigid thinking, anxiety, overwhelm. They can make us less able to tolerate discomfort and all the chaos that can come with travel.

People with Anorexia are also more likely to have co-occurring conditions such as OCD, Autism, and Anxiety Disorders. This can add to the overall stress of travel and may mean you need extra planning & reassurance. So I hope this episode provides that!
