  • An Unpopular Truth

    Life has been teaching me something recently.

    It’s something I THOUGHT I already knew, but I’ve seen it in a new light. It’s more real to me now than ever.


    It’s a powerful truth that applies to so many areas of our life, including losing weight.


    As long as you keep fighting this truth, you’ll probably keep repeating the same cycle and ingraining the same self-defeating pattern over and over again.


    Trying diet after diet, weighing every day, getting frustrated or side-tracked because it isn’t working fast enough, then quitting … and doing the same thing all over again.

    Have you ever wanted a reset or fresh start? I don’t know anyone who hasn’t! It’s part of being human. And it’s especially true when it comes to losing weight and dieting.


    We mess up. We get really disappointed in ourselves. Our body feels like crap. Our brain is beating us up. And all we want is to just hit some magical reset button. We want a cleanse or a detox. We want to “flush our system.”


    We really want a fresh start! Wipe the slate clean and feel good about ourselves. That’s what we want.


    But is this possible? Does it actually work? Does a “reset” even exist?


    We’ll cover all that today, plus I’ll explain a solution that’s much better than a reset or detox.
