    We like to take a very scientific approach on this podcast and give you different areas of research that way you leave feeling like you can make the best decision based on your interpersonal thoughts and where you are at currently, progress is not linear!
    In this episode I give you a brief summary of Cycle Syncing, a trend that basically tells you what workouts you should be doing based on the 4 different cycles in a month. (Menstrual, Follicular, Luteal, & Ovulation)
    && HOW you can use this different inner seasons/cycles to be more productive and have a better understanding of when creativity hits, when it's best to take some time off to reflect, and when we feel and look our best to hit those goals or start that new business venture. 
    As woman, our journey's are beautiful and there is always that inner season that is guiding us to make the best informed decision, give this episode a listen and learn how to be more productive.     There is no other workout out there that is going to embrace you falling, embrace you pulling yourself back up, and learning in the deepest depths whether you are in alignment or out of alignment, yoga is more than a workout for these reasons.
