Nikki also discusses her path to sobriety and the mental health challenges that come with that. We get into how fitness and beginning to heal is the best thing we can do for ourselves. Nikki shares a lot of tips for beginners in your fitness journey.

    This conversation is real and raw. It’s for anyone who is dealing with life’s uncertainty, remaining positive, and finding joy in what we can control - how we treat ourselves. I’m so grateful to Nikki for coming on to share her story.

    Marci shares her story of what inspired her and how she became a healer and a teacher. We discuss what it means to be in a high vibration and choosing to feel good in your energy each day. Marci shares that in order to attract what you desire, you need to also be on that frequency. Marci shares so much wisdom and tools that you can take with you on your journey to the best version of yourself.

    We end this episode with Marci leading us through a buzzing Energy Cleanse meditation.
