Your host Jane met Rachel on a mountain in Mallorca earlier in the year when they were both cycling. Instantly bonding over a bit of can do attitude and determination the two share experiences where they have felt the fear but done it anyway. Moving beyond the negative self-talk is a fine art, one that neither have always got right, but continuing to hear the voice, acknowledging it and doing it anyway brings so much reward and growth.
