    After a quiet hiatus since early January, I’m finally sharing what has really been happening behind the scenes.


    In this deeply honest episode of Her Shift, I open up about being diagnosed with adenomyosis, retiring from my long standing makeup career, and the layered hormonal storm of PMDD, perimenopause, chronic stress and burnout that has pushed me beyond functioning.


    For years I have spoken about PMDD and trauma. But what happens when PMDD overlaps with perimenopause? What happens when chronic stress compounds hormonal sensitivity? And what happens when your body finally says no?
