    You can feel it in the body. The contraction. The narrowing. The sense that if you do not choose now you will miss your only window. Fertility burnout often does not come from doing too little. It comes from doing too much too fast because waiting feels dangerous. And sometimes what looks like decisiveness is actually relief. Relief from uncertainty.
