Inspiring yet relaxing
I used to hoard a lot of junk in my home until recently I found minimalism. I have been practicing for a few months now and it is really exciting. “You’re overdoing It” provides a (much needed) rundown of entering into the headspace of a minimalist. I was excited for this one because I feel as though everyone should adopt a mindset before the practice itself.
All in all the production was nice and the meditations soothing. 5 stars

Only one issue
The meditations are perfect for the person who is interested in learning more about minimalism and the minimalist mindset. The only issue I had was that realistically there should be more days. For me I would relisten to each meditation after you finish the 7 days to get the most out of them. Great content nonetheless.

Exciting
I was excited to listen to the meditations just from the title. I used to think minimalism was just about emptying the house and clearing the space around you. BUT after listening to what Shakti presented it is a lot about mindset and internal clutter as well. It was very interesting and much worth the listen.
