Incredible parallels to dancing with others.

What stood out to me about this concept of what we see is the in between, which is how similar it is to how two dancers move together when improvising. You have to be present, you have to be observant, and you have to continuously calibrate your next steps in order to remain connected and in sync. The moments are co-created.
This book makes an excellent explanation of how that works in all aspects of our personal, professional, and political lives. It's definitely a worthy follow-up to the previous books in the Arbinger Institute series, including "Leadership and Self-Deception" and "The Anatomy of Peace."

This is a compelling book

I love all his books; this one dives in and expounds on the Anatomy of Peace. I dig deeper into relationships and how reflective they are of us. It is a book that will expand your boundaries and give you confidence in the role you are in.

This book could change the world!
