A must read for anyone who has prostate cancer

Thanks to Robert Marckini for the enormous amount of research and dedication to help men navigate all the different treatment modalities in an easy to listen/read format. I could go on with my praise for this priceless information but I am going to be selfish and join the “bob” group and prepare for proton therapy. Thanks again for the time and effort!

I had no idea what prostate cancer was or what to do. My urologist retired almost immediately after my MRI came back positive. The referred urologist treated me like I knew all and left me lost waiting for a biopsy. I was fortunate to find this book. It has answered most of my questions and saved me from tremendous stress. God bless the author and those who shared their experience allowing this book to be written.

This astounding book is written by prostate cancer survivor, cancer researcher and chemical engineer, Robert Marckini.

I listened to Robert Marckini Amazon audio book share his amazing experience and research on Prostate Cancer.

I have had low grade prostate cancer myself for five years. My urologist and primary care physicians suggested that we continue “Active Surveillance” as long as the annual PSA score remains low. Marckini’s book and his personal phone calls have been an encouragement and an eye opener. If the score increases this book outlines recommendations

Robert’s book shares considerable research on the effectiveness of many specific prostate cancer procedures and discusses them in great understandable detail. His research also includes experiences from many men whom have participated in his recommended proton therapy.

There are many responses from supporting professional physicians. His book also includes nearly 40 pages of direct testimonials from prostate cancer survivors who have chosen Proton therapy.

The appendix includes many prostate cancer resources including medical institutions in America that offer Proton Therapy.

I highly recommend this classic and carefully documented prostate cancer book especially to men with prostate cancer. Physicians and medical providers will also find the latest scientific medical research from practicing urologists and oncologists.

A great book for someone facing what's next after been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

A must read

An extremely thorough and detailed book about this subject. Very well written and narrated. He drives home important points throughout the book over and over which I thought was very good. If your doctor’s recommendation is surgery, you need to stop and read this book front to back first.

A Must Have

I can't begin to tell you how much information is in this book. If you have an elevated PSA it is a must have. Excellent.

Will not regret this Book!

This book helped me make my decision to get therapy at Hampton University Proton Therapy Institute in Hampton, VA. I was 38 when diagnosed and took the next year to reserve some semen for the future (which I’m glad I did). Now 40, I had 44 treatments at the beginning of 2023 and have Zero regrets. Very professional group of people that have your best interests in mind.
