I loved the narration and wit of the author. I chuckled out loud so many times. I highly recommend.

Witty and poignant

As we get older we all face more and more of the issues of life and death. Mr. Dietrich does a great job of relating that while keeping the reader entertained with his many witty statements

Beautiful descriptions of all of the sites and the historical references. The encounters with people and creatures were funny and touching

The narrator sometimes was hard to understand. But knowing parts of this trail, I thoroughly enjoyed the humor. The level of detail was just right.

Really enjoyed this book. I love to listen to the author read it like he is telling the story.
