Captivating

I’ve read and listened to thousands of books and audiobooks and this one kept me thoroughly engaged right up till the end! It’s a great listen!

Not typically a fan of paranormal but love the story

This book captivated my attention from the beginning. I guess I started reading it because of Halloween but thoroughly enjoyed it. I read a few of her other books and they were great so I’m going to continue following this author.

Pretty good

I won’t say that it’s my favorite story but I did like it. The narrator gets on my nerves sometimes but she did a great job with the different accents of characters.

Constant unbalanced plot keeps it moving

What a whirlwind this psychological horror novel is, and it is a great reminder of how social media drives people to do much for money. Wonderfully creepy setting with believable characters who can’t trust their eyes, what’s happening to them, or one another. The unreliable narrator works exceptionally well in this tale.

Great Book

Unpredictable ending. I couldn’t stop reading. Compelling characters. Not overly spooky. Just the right amount. Do not miss this read!!

Freaky gathering in a creepy location

Sarah A. Denzil is one of my favorite authors and the reason I chose “You Are Invited.” I thought narrator Robyn Addison’s dialects were a bit off (my opinion). It didn’t take long to get to the bizarre and unexplained ghostly apparitions. Not my usual genre, this chiller kept my attention, though I found myself skipping a few chapters. I found this on sale and added it to my vast Audible library.

Enjoyed this book. I look forward to more from Sarah A. Denzil. you won't be sorry!

Great story, mediocre narrator

The narrator was hard to listen to at first but I enjoyed the story enough to suffer through it, and the voice became more tolerable over time. I really enjoyed the book and was thoroughly pleased with the ending.

Not much mystery but ghosts aplenty

I found this book a bit far-fetched but I don’t believe in spirits much.

Spooky and fun

Loved the narration. Story was pretty good, but I liked the spooky bits more than the psychological stuff. Maybe it’s because I listened during Halloween week? It was fun for whatever reason.
