excellent continuation on the story.
Fantastic continuation!
If you're this far into the series then you're probably know what you're getting into. I think the narrators do a fantastic job, especially Melanie. The sex scenes were just perfect to me.

A dark struggle
A darker take on the isekai/portal fantasy formula.
Our MC needs to deal with increasingly darker urges and other thoughts that he wouldn't have to if he was normal.
I find that it gives a nice sense of struggle that would not be apparent usually.

I really enjoyed this series overall. there was plenty of drama, action, comedy and romance. the fight scenes were well written and the character progression was perfect. the Matson was also great. they are one favorite duos.

Good Finish
It's been a pretty cool series. The ending was a little bittersweet in my opinion but nonetheless satisfying. Regardless I'm super happy that the series got the audio treatment all the way through. This specific book was released in 2020. The narration team was fairly new to me when this series started. They did a solid job on their performance. The takeaway is that I recommend this series to anybody reading this review. Lastly, I'll just say well done to everybody who had a hand in bringing this story to us, the Audible listeners.
