Udo the underdog , you will like him straight away

I just didn't want the story of Udo to end thoroughly enjoyed this story
all the way through I look forward to the next chapter in Udo's tale and can't wait for the next book
as always R C Bray brilliantly brings Udo and the other characters to life
by far my favorite narrator

You can’t go wrong with RC Bray! This is an interesting series and I look forward to see where they take book 2.

Gayou just gets better and better with each book!

I really enjoyed this. The concept and the characters are outstanding! Joshua Gayou excels at character introduction and development. R.C. Bray's performance was wonderful, as always!

love Gayou and R.C. Bray but...

The story didn't seem to go anywhere. The story was interesting, just too drawn out. I enjoyed the main character, the giant I kinda kept forgetting he was a part of the story even though he seemed to be an important part. I'll definitely check out the 2nd book to see where everything goes.

Josh and Bob can do a book right.

Fantastic, truly another home run from this duo. I can't wait for the next in the series, the characters and world building is masterful.

I really wanted to like this book

Joshua Gayou has turned out some wonderful material in the past. I loved Commune and All Gifts, so I was pretty confident this would be a winner for me. It kinda fell flat.

I tried to like the main character Udo, but I couldn't find anything to like about the guy. He's kinda sh!#$y.

Secondly the story was kind of one dimensional. It was the Udo show 100% of the time. I would have liked more to follow. Maybe have the story from a few different perspectives? There were quite a few characters that passed in and out of the story and I think there was missed potential there.

It sounded like RC Bray really enjoyed performing this one and he did an outstanding job.

Meh...

Got it because Bray is the narrator, and I liked Commune. Story...meh, hearing about a giants dick....over, and over, and over.....and over again seemed like a 13 year old making words for a 1000 word required essay. Doubt I will get the next book unless it is super cheap, or free. Wish I hadn't burned a credit for this one.

Mixed feelings, but I liked it overall

This book is very good. Joshua Gayou really shines in here. Everything is nice and interesting, but it is rarely exciting... that's my only critic. The book is too prolonged and thus excitement is on the short side.

I'd like to specially congrats Gayou for the style he used to write this book. The book is considered a Fantasy and it is.. however I think it should be added to "Humor & satire" as well. It just puts smile on my face so often. Very good!

Decent

Not my favorite book by Joshua Gayou, but I realize it was a new type of story. I appreciate the attempt, decent listen but I enjoyed his other works more.
