Amazing Resource For Musicians!

Any additional comments?

This book is an amazing resource for anyone on the audition scene, or just looking to take their musical preparation to another level. I’ve been a fan of Jason’s podcast for a while (contrabassconversations.com) and he’s mined some of the best insights from the master musicians he has interviewed over the years. There’s a nice balance of perspectives from some of the most experienced pedagogues in the classical bass world, and from younger professional bassists who have recently had success on the audition scene and share their insights out of those experiences. Although most of these insights have their original context in classical bass playing, they are broadly applicable to any musician, regardless of instrument or musical style. Highly recommended!
