Awesome!
This is great!
I've been considering changing careers to get out of the truck and into lifestyle that will give me the body I want and help me to help others do the same. this book contains a great overview of all the aspects of the job and fun advice and commentary throughout. It gives the basics
I wish he edited it and re-recorded parts he messed up on. The whole thing was basically him free -talking. It did have some good information, I disagreed with some of it and not sure what his qualifications are to be giving a lot of nutrition information to his clients. Overall it was an OK book.
