Couldn't Stop Listening!

Kristen Proby does it again! All of her books are amazing, but I have a special place in my heart for the Blackwells and the Wilds.
Billie is such a strong character and I love her confidence! She doesn't take crap from anyone, *including* Conner.
And Conner, oh man, I absolutely love how devoted and in love he is with Billie, even when it can come across as a bit overbearing at times. He's a billionaire and not used to being questioned, so Billie is really good for him, and the other way around, Billie deserves to be spoiled and loved.

I'm a big believer that with audio books, the narrator(s) can make or break the audiobook. Emma Wilder and Connor Crais areINCREDIBLE narrators and just add to the awesomeness that is this book! Highly recommended!!

Swooning

Another great book from Kristen Proby. Connor and Billie were so perfect together. I loved how strong Billie was. Didn't take crap from anyone...including Connor. Connor had me swooning all over the place!!! The narrators were perfect. I had a perpetual smile on my face for the whole book. 😁 Can't wait for more of this series.

I Finished It In 3 Days!! 😍💚🍀🇮🇪🐝

Holy cr*p! I don’t think I EVER finished a book THAT fast! 😅 (Of course, it probably helped that I’m off of work right now & mostly stayed home during these 3 days! Just a happy coincidence to be off EXACTLY when this book came out! 🥹) But anyway, to the actual book now, I LOVED it!! (As you can probably tell from my 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating! 😁) I LOVED how STRONG Billie (the MFC) is, completely unwilling to take ANYONE’s sh*t!! (🎶 If a man [or a woman] talks sh*t / Then you owe ‘em NOTHING 🎶 If you know, you know! 😉) But I also LOVED Connor (the MMC) & how he showed how much he loved Billie for who she truly is, too! 😍 The ONE thing I would have probably liked to see is a TW at the beginning for an attempted SA . . . NOTHING happened, but still . . . It was intense to read about/listen to & it would have been nice to have a little warning beforehand 🥺 (especially for readers/listeners that have been through something like that) . . . Also, another thing that kinda bothered me about Connor (NOT enough to lower my rating, though, don’t worry 😁) is that he didn’t seem very “polite” to his employees . . . It’s like, “Jeez, man (or ‘mate’ 😉🇮🇪), say ‘Please’ & ‘Thank you’ once in a while, will you? I know they work FOR you & I KNOW you’re a billionaire, but still . . .” I THINK, by my count, he only said ‘Thank you’ ONCE to ONE employee in the WHOLE book!! 🙄 Oh, and, I also kinda wish there had been a scene where Fiona (Connor’s ex-wife) apologized to Billie for how she first treated her . . . It’s not a very big thing, but still . . . It would have been a nice thing to see happen . . . 😊 But those all my “issues” with the book! Otherwise, like I said, I LOVED it & now I’ll be (impatiently) waiting on the next book in the series, Blake’s story! 😁😍💚🍀🇮🇪🐝

Where we bloom

My lord Billie is a little spitfire and I loved her so much. You can’t pull the wool over her eyes are boss her around. Something Connor finds endearing. Boy did they man fall head over heals for Billie . I’m so in love with this series was so excited to read Billie’s story . The narrators did so amazing . The pairing was perfect.

Girl power!

Girl power is awesome in this book about Billie and Connor! This series is amazing and a great listen. Totally recommend this book and series. So looking forward to the next book.

Loved Billie’s sassiness and strong will.

I loved being back in Bitterroot Valley. I love the small town feels. Love being back with the characters. Loved Connor and Billie. Loved how he only seen her. Loved how Billie stood her ground and didn’t take any crap from anyone. Loved the chemistry between Connor and Billie. Loved all the family and friend gathering’s. Loved how well Connor and Billie communicated. Cant wait to get more from The Blackwell’s.

Sassy Bumble Bee

Billie and Connor are wonderful together. He respects her sassiness and her work ethic. She knows he's a billionaire but doesn't want him buying everything for her. Billie has always had trouble sleeping but not when Connor holds her. I liked this book. The narration by Emma Wilder and Connor Crais was fantastic- especially Connor's Irish accent. I'm looking forward to the next book that is teased at the end.
