Join the Ride in This Remarkable, Must-Read Story
Shay Eskew's personal story is a gem filled with grit, determination, setbacks, triumphs, positivity, faith, and even some light humor mixed in. Yes, it is all in there. The book provides an affirmative kick-in-the-pants that you can succeed at your goals despite sometimes incredible odds and obstacles. While it is inherently motivational (if you are seeking that), it worth a read simply because it is a truly remarkable story. The author's narration is solid and his story maintains good momentum throughout. Sometimes you feel as if you are right beside him during some of his grueling IRONMAN races, as well as other experiences. If you are even slightly considering this book, definitely take the plunge and get it. It is worth your time. The performance for the audio book is also a great match for the style and topic of the book.

A true test of faith, determination, and never say quit. Shay's story will make you want to reach out and hug him, give him a high- 5, and be his best friend for life. The sheer positivity he has for life after all of the adversity he has faced in life is unfathomable. The appreciation he has for each day of life should be practiced by us all. It is easy to see why he is sought out as a motivation al speaker. His faith, his love, and his dedication to his family and friends are truly commendable.
