all the things

so many things i love about this book. it’s tragic, brave, heartwarming, infuriating and the ending is lovely. the story is deep and well written, put together perfectly and flows non stop. it is a tough and ugly subject and should come with a warning though.

Beautiful and sensitive

I could not do anything but listen as this engrossing story unfolded. Such a rich ultimate revenge story, iit has plot twists that you don’t see coming. Achingly beautiful in parts, it is a hopeful depiction of neurodivergence.

I liked the story. It was a little difficult to hear about the rape in detail because I know this happens everyday. I liked all the descriptions of her feelings afterwards. I was so happy about the revenge!

Enthralling story!

I found this audiobook to be one that I had to captivating. I actually binged the entire book in one day. The great narration and well developed characters made for a fast paced and entertaining story.

well defined characters

thank you for the free read. excellent proformance! Surprizing twist, I spoke out loud 'oh my, that was well done'. I do recommend. Hiwever it may be a trigger for some.

The character development or lack there it.

Author did a good job demonstrating one type of response to rape. She also did a decent job portraying high functioning Asperger's Syndrome. The main characters developed unlike the antagonists. I found the novel interesting but felt it ended with no conclusion. It was interesting but needs a follow up before I would recommend it.

down to earth response to trauma

I never write reviews, but this book clicked for me. the actions and response were damn near incredible and nothing is probably ever me able to do. but very cathartic

Good story, stupid girl..

Story line was good and I liked the interaction between characters.
I found myself shaking my head at the stupidity of our main character not too smart in lots of scenes.

Good novel but trigger alert regarding rape. Yet it's very much worth listening to. It does not have over the top gratuitous violence, has interesting and believable characters. Not a five star because the pace was a bit slow.
