Disappointed
I recently enroll the class and received a book called Washington real estate fundamentals. This book is not on audible unfortunately so I decided to download this Washington real estate license exam book to help augment the information that was in the book I was reading. Unfortunately the two do not align on any or many things. I would recommend not downloading this book if you are currently in a course that utilizes the Washington real estate fundamentals book.
