very concise, easy to go back and reference owing to the alphabetical organization. the publisher has done a wonderful job of putting into context references that might be unfamiliar to a modern audience but the timeless nature of Townsend's words of wisdom requires relatively little of this for a book first published six decades ago

Terrible reformat. Get original or read the book
The original read by the author was great. Not this one.
This edit updates the language and removes the humor and enthusiasm that was clear when read by the author. Message is vintage but still spot on.
