This book was written to illustrate what a wonderful person Mo was. Scott was lucky to have his life intersect with Mo's at the right time. Scott observed immediately away that Mo had a set of unbreakable core values. To mention a few: honesty, courage, commitment, loyalty, and spirituality. Mo realized at a young age that perseverance and hard effort usually pay off in the end.
Scott felt blessed with what he had accomplished in his life, so he devised a plan to mentor Mo to join the military at the age of 18. They both had a fantastic adventure to prepare Mo for his lifelong dream of becoming an American soldier. Scott used his knowledge and skills to prepare Mo for his career.
