This book was difficult to follow and really confusing. Not sure what to make of what I just listened to... would not recommend

Wow 🤩

I wish I could rate this book more than 5 stars. This story was amazing!!!!! It had me from the beginning. Claire out did herself. So much suspense, I love it. Eva and Adam were fire together. Narrators were perfect. This was the total package. Definitely recommend. Everyone needs to read this.

Interesting Story!

Very unique story about college secret society's, really enjoyed the story and the twists but preferred the first book in the series more than this book, great choice in narrators And Arndt never disappoints!

All the twists and turns

This is a fantastic secret Society story if you’re looking for a lot of twists and turns. I did read Half Truths prior to this one so it was interesting to see the perspective of the other society on campus. This one was definitely a bit more slowburn in the relationship department but it also worked very well for the storylines and the characters. The concept of twins, switching versus multiple personalities versus conspiracies was really intriguing and kept me on my toes throughout the story. The ending definitely was a solid direction for the author in my opinion as well, and it closed out the duet really effectively. I thought the narrators did a really fantastic job for these characters and for the storyline!

this was such a well-thought-out story. I loved every part of this! the way everything just came together was absolutely amazing. I can't wait for the next story. I'm so excited!

So riveting! I can't get enough of this series!

You know those books that stick with you long after you've read them? This is one of those books. This is one of those series. With each new book, the tales of these secret societies get more whacked and more riveting. I find myself wishing the story wasn't over yet and aching for the next book to come immediately.

I loved, loved, loved Adam. His strength, his devotion, his patience... all of that made him even sexier than his looks. I actually found myself not caring or thinking about his looks because his soul gripped me so tightly.

Poor Eva. That's all I can really say. Like Adam, she was so strong and her devotion to family she never knew was endearing. I actually felt her anguish, frustration, and madness as I read her story. A definite statement for the writing ability of this author.

I both listened to the audiobook and read the ebook for the entire story. The narrators did an amazing job, so much so that I found myself listening more than reading which isn't like me. I love reading with my eyes. Therefore, I hope Ms. Contreras continues to use them for her audiobooks. I'll definitely continue listening to her audiobooks if that's the case.

I highly recommend this book. This. Whole. Series! Some of this author's best writing.

Brilliantly Written, Beautifully Narrated

Wow. I don’t even know where to begin. Claire Contreras has created this secret society world that just keeps getting more mysterious, more suspenseful, more secretive, and extraordinary at the same time.
You guys. I am terrible at reviews. I am not good with words.
I will say that I thought I had figured it out. I was like “okay. I have this one, it’s going to end this way” and NOPE! Claire messed with my head and twisted it all up but in such a good way. Adam and Eva were greatly written characters. Not going to lie, at first I was so unsure about Eva’s attitude but I of course kept reading and I came to understand her so much.
There is mystery, so much suspense and of course romance. But this book has all three down PERFECTLY. The best story so far of 2020, HANDS DOWN.
Claire has pretty much perfected her skill of story telling and I will always one-click any book she writes.

Ps: I listened to the audible in ONE DAY! I had already read the book twice but I needed to listen. AH-MAZING!!! Brilliant. Loved it!

Absolutely loved it!

Fantastic! THIS is what I mean when I say I want a secret society book! I read all 33 books in JA Huss' The Company world and this gave me that exact vibe! Do we still have questions? Yeah. And I'm hoping there is another book out soon. Love this story and this world! I would love to live in it forever! Noland????? I'm waiting 😉

Not as good as the first

Easy and entertaining read but not much attention to characters and the love interest doesn’t make sense.
