Dang cliff hanger

The book was very easy to get into and I liked the majority of the storyline but I do not care for the surprise ending and the cliffhanger, I did not expect the book to end like it did! Now I have to go look and see if there is another book after this one! Now the story continues, hopefully! 🤣🤞
I don't think I understand why they call it trivial pursuit though, that may just be me having a ditsy blonde moment, who knows 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ There is a book 8 in the series but it does not come out to October! yeah this cliffhanger is very long one! 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ dang it 😞🥺😫🤣🤷🏼‍♀️
