If you need to slow things down
This is a good book for slowing you pace for awhile. It has a steady but sedate pace. The plot is low-key, but interesting in many ways. It’s not boring, but not suspenseful, either. It’s good for a quiet read.

Touch
I heard about this book on NPR and for absolute curiosity I immediately use a credit on audible to purchase it. I’m so glad I did. This book is one of the most amazing stories I have ever heard. The narrator was amazing and captured it perfectly. Beautiful story full of happiness, sadness, uncertainty and reassurance. I felt real. I finished in less then 24 hours and when it was over I pressed play to hear the whole thing over again.

Beautiful love story
What a beautiful love story of two cultures colliding. Listening to the History of Japan was something I really enjoyed. It’s sweet and heartwarming. I would listen to this audio again.
