Full of Heart and Tension

This is really immersive. The world’s built is with care and things never slows things down. There’s mystery, but it doesn’t feel too heavy. The crew dynamics are sharp. Finn’s growth feels earned, not rushed. The story balances action and quiet moments well. You get tension, friendship, and some magic that actually feels fresh. Definitely left me wanting more from this series.

A Pirate Fantasy with the Heart of a Magic School

"Tidebreakers Call" kicks off the Starweaver Academy series with sea magic, rival crews, and a mythical ship that actually chooses its own captain. What I liked most was the way The Tidebreaker felt like a character in its own right rather than just a vessel. The moment it rose from the mist and picked Finn gave me the same kind of rush I get from the first time Jack Sparrow’s Black Pearl sails into view or when Harry first steps into Hogwarts. The academy rivalries, the ocean trials, and the sense of hidden history under the waves made it feel like a mashup of pirate adventure and magical school story that kept me hooked. I liked the co-narration performance which gave the story more dimension.

I really enjoyed Tidebreakers Call , if you are a fan of fantasy books this is for you ! i was hooked from the very first chapter
its 5 stars from me !

A great fantasy adventure

Really loved the vibe of sea magic, mysterious ships, and ancient secrets coming back to life. Finn is a relatable main character, kinda unsure at first but grows on you quick.The Starweaver Academy thing kinda gave me some Harry Potter meets pirates vibes, which I liked. The pacing was fast and kept me listening, Can’t wait for book two.

Great First Book

What an excellent first book in Tidebreakers Call. The adventures of Finn are fast paced, well developed and something that kids will eat up. This is a great storyline about struggle, friendship and problem solving skills. The narration was well paced and fitting for this kind of story. Looking forward to the next book.

Kept me interested

The idea of a ship with a mind of its own was cool, and the way the story blends magic, sea battles, and rivalries kept me interested. It felt like a mix of familiar fantasy with some fresh twists.
