great book, ok narration

this book was great!!! such an unexpected loss in the middle. when I read the line, I was like, it's ok it's Karen, he'll be gtg. so much to my surprise.....but so glad with the ending. as always Karen, excellent story. Def. not my favorite narrator however.

Great Book

This was a great series and I enjoyed listening to each of them. If you are looking for a good Christian series then check this one out!

No, but I am not a person who rereads books or watches movies over and over unless they really strike a chord in me. This book just missed the mark for me.

I am drawn to books written by Christian writers because they have the ability to entertain with their books without having to resort to foul language or lurid sex. Karen Kingsbury's books can be relied upon to fill the bill for me. However, I found myself not missing the book when I was unable to listen to it. My interest was not held as much as other of her books. If you are looking for a good, clean book for light summer reading, this book will meet those expectations.

Very touching story. Karen Kingsbury is a great author. Sometimes audio book would
suddenly close and I'd have to reopen it. Other than that great book.

I couldn't stop once I started. Emotionally charged with an intricate weave of multi-level complexities of everyday life situations.

Best to the trilogy

I loved this book & didn’t want it to end. I didn’t care for the 1st Cody Gunnar book, but each one got better

Wonderful and touching

I love Karen Kingsburg story's......but wasn't ready for the tears....but I do love a happy ending. It sadden me to know there are really mothers out there like both women.....one who not satisfy with their son.....but finds pride in him after death....the other a user of her child and only thinking of herself......I wish the story Gould have went a little longer to tell us how Savannah adjusted and finally went to school.

Incredible book!

This book was absolutely full of emotion. I didn't want to stop listening. It was great! I cried and cried throughout it. Tears from every kind of emotion. This book is moving. Powerful! Highly recommended Cody Gunner series! Karen Kingsbury is truly a gifted writer. The Lord speaks through her writing and her books have been such a blessing in my life!
