Napoleon Hill
Then, in 1908, industrialist Andrew Carnegie commissioned him to interview hundreds of successful men and women, in an effort to prove his theory that success could be distilled down to a clear-cut formula.
Hill interviewed the most famous (and richest) people of the time, and "The Success Formula" was published in Hill's 1928 book The Law of Success. Hill reveals additional information on his success formula in the most famous of his works, Think and Grow Rich, published in 1937. It has sold more than 30 million copies to date.

The book has a speed narrator and it feels high pressure and shill. The content can be summarized by imagining oneself as kind, hard working, generous and wanting to see the self and others succeed. This book is everything that '4 hour work week' is not. This book teaches working and acting with honor. This is not a book about winning by keeping others in a lesser class. I enjoyed the respect given to others in this book.
I have searched for other narrators of this same book and none are better that this.
The author is a Christian and expresses what faith means to him. While he does use faith with abundance in the book, he also gives non-Christian examples of faith and why they are more powerful than military might.
This is a good book but I think 'How to win friends and influence people 'is a better book. The content can be applied to self first, then others, and finally the team wins.
The glass is more than half full.
Good but agitated
