Horowitz streamlines the original text to its key points
Horowitz has narrowed down the 1937 text to its practical strategies and life advice, which is ideal for a quick listen when you need a dose of some profound insight. I like to listen to these Blackstone audios while working out. Listening to this abridged version of Think & Grow improved my mood while I was having a depressive episode.
