Homebuyeers beware!!!

I have bought a home before, and I wish I had this book to peruse before I had done so waaaay back when. There were certain things that I would have preferred to have known about or at least looked out for back when I made my purchase. So, as someone who has been down that road I can say there is some handy hints and helpful advice that will make your purchase of a new home a happier event than it might be. If I might throw in my own two-cents, see if you can take a shower in the home. If the plumbing is good then you can work around everything else! Fiedler does a great job guiding you through all the landmines that Clinger warns you of, and holds your interest. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

the book is too simple and a lot of things in the book are too obvious like make sure to look at the house in daylight like come on seriously
