I really enjoyed this series

This series is very captivating and well written there is definitely great character development and definitely a well planned out storyline

Sad whole series wasn’t dramatized.

I’m enjoying the story, but the character development is where this work shines. I truly care about what’s next for many of the characters.
Starting next in series now.

Entertaining Story

I enjoyed the way the author gave each character a solid personality that made you like them. Great story that kept you entertained the entire time. Highly recommend if you like just fun, fast-paced stories.

Awesome book, and great acting with the narration! If you like medieval stories, this is the book for you. Just make sure you download the "dramatized" version to get better narration.

I love this series, and having them dramatized is just the best experience ever. I’m in love with all of it!

Loved the graphic novel approach

I have enjoyed all of the Riyria stories that I have heard. The conscienceless Royce and honorable Hadrian are perfect opposites and complements. In this story, Hadrian accepts a commission to steal a sword leading the pair into a trap. The death of the king they are supposed to have killed sets in motion events that will affect the human world before this series ends. Riyria will battle all kinds of threats in these stories including magical creatures, demons, magicians and elves.

almost great..

great series and voice acting - except for narrators voice that sounds like he is terribly bored with all this stuff... very monotone and emotionless... yawn... but it somehow got better in later books - or maybe I just got used to it. recommended.

careful - last book is not in the subscription and requires additional purchase - just so you know that if you like the story you'll be required to pay more to know how it ends...

btw - book covers could be better - they make it feel like some low grade cheap fantasy - I disregarded reading it several times before I eventually decided to give it a try - and only for the lack of choice in the audible subscription library.

Great Bad Guys

Wasn't sure what to expect on this one. The characters grow on you quickly as the story progresses from the initial plot onto one far deeper. The main cats are whitty and it kind of reminds me of the gentleman bastards. I usually do not like the dramatized books because of music and background noises but this one is done so well that i can't imagine it without. I have stsrted the second book as i am hooked. Well done by the writer and all the performers. Fuggin Awesome Job!!!
