'The You You Never Knew' has solid information about how diet and physical activity are key to overall health and well-being. It also presents a link between trauma and our ability to properly digest food, cravings, and well-being. I would not be surprised if the great majority, or even everyone, has experience some level of trauma , which can affect our health in ways we are probably not aware of. Nate Ortiz describes these interactions very well, and presents a strategy for getting past downward spiral habits and getting to a healthy state, both physically and mentally.
