Amanda: 5 stars, Teddy: Meh

I love all of Molly Harper's books. It's funny that the first series I listed to were possibly her only non-magical series. I usually don't go for fantasy books because they often feel amateur and cliché to me. But Molly does a great job of mixing the fantasy in with great dialog and believable characters. Amanda Ronconi is a pro in every way. I love how she reads like someone actually telling a story, not like someone who is reading. My one gripe is Teddy Hamilton. His overly affected way of reading feels to me like someone trying too hard to sound cool. I've seen his social media feed and there are a few videos where he speaks normally and he sounds fantastic! I wish he would drop to try-hard acting and just use his normal way of speaking. I feel like the characters would be much more believable!

Would be better without the sex stuff!

I enjoyed the story but would have preferred it to have not had any of the sex stuff. Could have been more subtle. Disappointed by them thinking it needed it. Won't buy anymore of this author.

Wonderful! New supernatural entities!

A fun story by Molly Harper with narration by the amazing duo of Amanda Ronconi and Teddy Hamilton. As always, Harper balances the story, the characters, and the pace with fun twists along the way. The Starfall Point world is so entertaining. This Audible production of Harper’s works makes driving tolerable. 😀

I am a huge fan of Molly Harper & this one doesn't disappoint. Definitely recommend!

Imaginative storyline.

I love Molly Harper's wealth of imagination. I also love Amanda Ronconi's accents and voices! Amanda brings the characters to life for me.

I thought it was very interesting to see the other types of witches and ghosts and enjoyed the story bringing continued.

Characters are engaging and the juxtaposition of magic and mundane is seamless…looking forward to the next installment

Super cute

This is a super cute story. I’m not gonna lie though. I was super confused with the prologue. I didn’t understand. At first that Perry was one of the sisters and the prologue was from her point of view. But after that, I really like the story. I love gray. I feel that he is super adorable. And I love all the intrigue and the witches stuff and the ghosts. There’s little to no spice but that’s OK. I wasn’t looking for a super spicy book. I really enjoyed this.

Fun storyline but a little slow

I stuck with it because it was so interesting and funny but the storyline was slow and could have been told over a maximum of 4 hours. That said, I will be reading the second book - but at 2x speed.

Fun Easy Listen

Molly Harper’s stories are fun, light, mild mystery romances. The characters have personality and you want to know what happens to them. I’ve really enjoyed her trilogies.
