Second book

Normally it takes me some time to warm up to a new author.
Not this time. Book 2 is done and I on now listening to #3.

The interconnection of magic and business is my favorite part and why I will listen to the next book.

I forced myself to finish

first, the narration was dismal, it sounded like she had never read the book before trying to act the characters and .the characters all sound alike.

the story itself, feels drawn out, too much back and forth from first person to third person narration. and the story is very disjointed.

I had to make myself finish the book and now I have to force myself to listen to the third book because I can't leave the story unfinished.
