Great performance and fun story.

The narration was pleasant and the story was fun which kept me engaged. I didn’t read this book when I was younger (I’m 47) so decided to catch up on some classics. Overall, I enjoyed the audio book.

I love this children's classic. It held my interest throughout. I can't wait to play it for my great niece and nephew.

A comforting read for the whole family!

A timeless classic. It was written by the author for his son (if I remember correctly), and it is definitely a children's book, but all generations can enjoy. It's such a sweet story about friendship. And of course Simon Vance absolutely brings it to life with his amazing narration!

Easily among the most beautiful prose I've read combined with wonderful characters, heartfelt moments, and daring adventure. This is a wonderful narration, I highly recommend this exact download.

A classic tale of childhood imagination

Eloquently written and narrated it was a joy to experience all over again. The story invokes a world of wondermentwhile rooting its animal characters in simple human behavior and attitudes. each characters of focus personification a various attributes that the listener can identify with and strive to be more like.
