Johnnie: I liked all of it. I thought it was funny when Paddington yelled "Help, Help" and thought he was going to drown in the bath.
Mom: Fun to listen to, Johnnie was disappointed when the story ended. Stephen Fry was a delightful narrator.

Paddington
On a dare, I have to read or listen to books for children that I've never read. Paddington is a Peruvian immigrant with good manners, perfect diction, and actions that make sense to a child. Great fun.

Stephen Fry is excellent
The Paddington books are absolute treasures. They are positive and joyful. Add Stephen Fry as the reader and you've got a really wonderful experience. I've gotten this one and More About Paddington. I will get others.

Well, I'm a Stephen Fry fan but my wife isn't.
Well, I'm a Stephen Fry fan but my wife isn't. That was until this. Such an excellent job by Mr. Fry. Perfect. And the stories? Well, they're second to none. I wish I had been the one to first spot this bear~ My son, only six months old, has several audio books to accompany him in the afternoon, Paddington seems to be his favorite. I'll let you know when he actually begins speaking!!

Paddington....My favorite bear!!!!
I absolutely LOVE paddington.My favorite part is when they go to the underground and paddington has bacon,sticking out of his suitcase.I absolutely love this narrator...BUT!
Be warned...he doesn’t stay for long!!!!

Enjoyed listeneni (again) to this timeless favorite. These are troubling times, so listening to a soothing adult voice recount the many (mis)adventures of a bear from Peru is as good as escapism gets.
