The quest for answers!!

Alexis, J.F, Theo, and Grayson did it again by bringing Quinn, Max, Landon, and Kingston's voices to life. I love how they bring clips of the past sayings as a recording and express the feelings of the characters. I really enjoyed the chemistry we can hear when listening to the audiobook. I love The Viper's Lady and love how we get some answers as to what is really going on.

Original review: OMG!! The suspense, the secrets, the spice!!! The Vipers Lady is a continuation of Quinn’s story and her quests through Camelot Court. I love how the story continues with her determination for answers and strong will to win. She gets more than she bargained for when the quest continues. Gia is my favorite Best friend ever, she motivates Quinn and is always ready to have her back. I love that we also get more of the knights (Landon and Max) and Kingston backstory. It really makes you wonder what is really going on. I also, love how they are with Quinn even though they had to hide it, they were always protective of her. Also, that twist/cliffy at the end. I NEED THE 3RD BOOK ASAP!!

Story:
Will she win the games? Who can be trusted? Will she get her RH? Will we get any answers?

So many secrets, unknowns, insecurities, uncertainties, and double meanings. But that’s no surprise—after all, they’re at court. A modern version, yes, but still a court in every sense: puppets (some willingly playing the part), people all fighting to gain something, some who don’t care about collateral damage, and most don’t even know the real rules of the game.

Our Quinn comes prepared to fight, ready to flip the script. But it seems like there’s always someone ready to pull the rug out from under her.
And yet, despite the pain and life-or-death stakes, our FMC still manages to have super hot and super fun moments. She’s a fighter with a delicious level of sarcasm—just like the amazing Gia, her ride-or-die BFF, who absolutely deserves a “book-buying spree with the black card.”

Where emotions are complicated and feelings are messy, she’s raising the bar.
She’s got the White Knight, the Dark Knight, and the King—or as we like to say, the DOUSes :)

If book one was hot, this one turns up the heat. These guys? Total heartbreakers, seductive and intense.

A YA, multi-POV story. Make sure to read the content warnings for possible triggers.

And of course—that cliffhanger. The kind that makes you shout: “What now?!” and “What does that even mean?!”

I love the way Elle Parker expresses things—there’s a real beauty in her words.

Audiobook:
Once again, the narrators did a wonderful job. It’s a multi-POV audiobook, with a narrator for each main character, which to me is phenomenal.

Even more so when their excellent voices bring the characters to life in a spectacular way, making the experience truly captivating.

For me, this is the best way to “re-read” the books before moving on to the next one. Listening to the story after having read it feels almost unreal — like the story is coming to life.

I need more now

This is an amazing book series. However the audiobook takes it to a whole new level. I love every minute of listening to this book. I have already read it before but the narrators are perfection and bring something extra to the characters.

This one picks up right were book one left off. The second challenge of the quest is about to commence.

Quinn is back and determined to win this quest one way or the other. There are lots of things going on secrets in the background that we still don’t know just yet.

Quinn finds herself in a love triangle of sorts along with living through the second challenge.

This is a captivating and intriguing series so far. I am looking forward to seeing where this series takes these characters.

I found the narration to be fabulous and the plotting addictive. I enjoy the little bit of mystery in there as well as the love triangle angles.

I love this series!

I think this series is so intriguing. There is so much mystery to the characters and the story. Just when I think I figure out a characters motives they do something that makes me question what I think I know. The author uses information as weapon in a good way! She tells us things to distract/direct the reader. I love this! It keeps us as the readers invested and captivated.
In this book we learn so much more about Max Dread. I love him! I can't wait to see how his and Quinn's relationship grows.
I am in utter awe of Quinn. She knows what she wants and goes for it. Her strength and determination guide and shape her. I am constantly rooting for her.

The narrators are fantastic! I love having different narrators for Quinn, Max, Landon and Kingston. It really brings the story to life.
I definitely recommend listening to the audiobooks!
