Changed my Life!

I have listened to this book about 8 times. Everytime I re-listen I hear something new.
It has chaged my life and given me freedom. Thank you Michael Singer for sharing this wonderful way of living.

Really Helpful Book

This is the first book I've every found that really gets into the "internal conversation" or "monkey brain" in a way that is really easy to understand. Some of the examples actually had me laughing out loud - they were so realistic. This is a really helpful book and the practice it espouses is so worthwile. I've bought copies for good friends and I heartily recommend this book for anyone on "the path" (which is everyone).

Very inspirational

Love this book! It was slow to start and I wasn’t sure where it was going. I’m glad I stuck with it because it got so good SO quickly after that! It really helped me with some issues I’ve been trying to work through, so thank you!

A “go to” book for elevating the spirit

I have replayed this book on Audible countless times over the past year as it is a regularly used tool for reinterpreting life experiences. I navigate life with greater ease and perspective - especially how I experience physical pain and perceive (sometimes difficult) familial relationships.

I loved the perspective of how to better be at peace with one’s soul. The timing of me listening to this audiobook couldn’t have been more perfect as I am in a phase in my life where I am exploring more ways to grow spiritually, and healthier connections with my mind, body, and soul.
