Absolutely terrible advice

This book was free and it wasn't even worth that. It barely touches on firing, The "advice" here is both insane (interviewing a candidate 7 times) as well as borderline Illegal (interview their spouse and go to their home to verify they are living the way you say they should). At best this book is poorly done satire,a At worst it it's a unique way to get sued.
